Foil lamination

You can buy our sand-coated foils in rolls and laminate them on carrier materials like aluminium, aluminium compounds, high-pressure-laminates, glass or plastic.

This is the most simple operation, it just requires a laminator table or roller press to transfer the coating foil to the substrate.

Colours and designs of the foil can be selected from our standard assortment or you can order your special designs.

If you want to maximize your profit it is possible that you produce your own foils. The machinery is inexpensive and it increases your own value-added.

The special advantage of the foil is the fact that it can be easily shipped worldwide and can be applied close to the final user.

Direct coating

The second way of applying the sand coating is by direct - or wet - coating of the panel. With this techniquie the panel (from aluminium, aluminium compounds, HPL, glass etc.) you can directly bring the sand to the material. With our special formula you achieve fast and durable surface coatings. Different methods for producing designs and decors are available like masks, sand mixing techniques, sand transfer techniques and multiple layer techniques.

The advantage of this coating is that you eliminate the step of lamination. It is therefore suited to all users who are close to the market or close to the place of installation.

Cutting and installation

With only little differences you can process the foil and direct coating quite easily. The foil can be cut with a knife or scissors, the already coated material can typically be cut with diamond or hard steel tools like cutting wheel or circular saw with fitting blades. This allows on-site adjustments and made-to-measure operations from prefabricated materials.

Time on the construction site is saved and more work can be done in the workshop. Since the installation does not require mortar or fettling it can be done year-round. This is an enormous advantage because you become more independent from weather and you can utilize your employees also during winter time.

Wenn Sie Ihren Profit maximieren möchten, ist es auch möglich, daß Sie die Folien selbst herstellen. Die dafür nötigen Maschinen und Geräte sind realtiv günstig anzuschaffen und die Eigenproduktion erhöht natürlich Ihre interne Wertschöpfung.

Der Vorteil der Folie ist, daß sie leicht und kostengünstig weltweit verschickt und am Einsatzort verarbeitet werden kann.

Direktbeschichtung von Platten

Die zweite Methode zum Aufbringen der Sandschicht ist direkt - oder naß - auf der zu beschichtenden Platte. Dabei wird der Sand direkt und ohne Umweg über die Folie auf das Trägermaterial (Aluminium, Alu-Compounds, HPL, Glas, Plexiglas) aufgebracht. Mit unserer speziellen Verarbeitungsformel schaffen Sie rasch dauerhafte und widerstandsfähige Oberflächenbeschichtungen. Verschiedene Methoden, um Designs und Dekore zu erhalten sind verfügbar, beispielsweise Masken, Sandmischtechniken, Sandtransfertechniken und Mehrschicht-Techniken.

Der Vorteil dieser Beschichtungstechnik ist, daß der Arbeitsschritt der Lamination entfällt. Sie ist daher ideal für alle Anwender, die nahe am Markt sind und in der Nähe des Einbauortes verarbeiten möchten.

Schneiden und Verlegen

Mit nur geringen Unterschieden können Sie Folie und Direktbeschichtung einfach verarbeiten. Die Folie kann mit Messern, Cuttern oder Scheren geschnitten werden, das fertig beschichtete Plattenmaterial kann mit Kreissägen oder Trennscheiben mit HM- oder Diamantblatt geschnitten werden. Das erlaubt das Zuschneiden der vorgefertigten Teile direkt auf der Baustelle.

Die Arbeitszeit auf der Baustelle kann durch Vorfertigung in der Werkstätte reduziert werden. Da kein Mörtel oder Verputz verwendet wird, der trocknen muß, kann die Arbeit praktisch das ganze Jahr hindurch gemacht werden. Das ist ein großer Vorteil, weil Sie weitgehend vom Wetter und der Temperatur unabhängig werden und Ihre Mitarbeiter auch im Winter gut auslasten können. .
